An excavator consists of a main engine and a working device. The main engine provides power and basic movements (walking and turning), and the working device completes different operating movements. The main engine includes a walking device, a rotating mechanism, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, an electrical system and a power plant.

1. Walking device

The main content of the driving device design includes hydraulic motor, reducer and drive wheel, and each track has its own hydraulic motor and reducer. (2)The wheeled walking device is usually composed of a frame, steering front axle, rear axle, walking mechanism and legs. The wheeled walking mechanism has mechanical transmission, hydraulic, mechanical transmission and full hydraulic transmission modes, including hydraulic. Mechanical transmission is widely used.
2. Rotary mechanism
The rotary drive device comprises a rotating mechanism and a rotating bearing.
